My First Visit

Steps to first visit

Once we talk to you about your concerns, we will set up an appointment to meet you and the client and answer any questions you may have.

Often the first visit involves evaluation of speech, language, reading and/or OT skills. We will explain this in the evaluation process and discuss what tests will be used.

After the evaluation, we will go over our impressions with you. Then we will analyze the evaluation information and meet again to review the results, give you a full report and begin work with the client.

Patient Forms

Patient forms will be sent via the patient portal or email when you schedule an appointment. Please have forms completed prior to the initial visit.
